Data Not Collected – The developer does not collect any data from this app.


1. Overview
 Park Passport Journey is designed to be privacy-first. We do not operate our own servers for your content and we do not sell or share your personal data. All of your trip data, notes, photos, and settings are stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

2. Data we collect
 We, the developer, do not collect any personally identifiable information from you within the app.

  • We don’t create an account on our servers.
  • We don’t collect analytics, usage statistics, or crash reports through third-party SDKs.
  • We don’t use in-app advertising networks that track you.

Because we do not receive your data, we cannot access, read, or modify the content you create in the app.

3. iCloud and data storage
 If you have iCloud enabled, the app will store your data in your personal iCloud account to keep it synced across your devices. This storage is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple’s iCloud and Apple ID privacy policies. We do not have access to your iCloud account or the data stored there.

If you turn off iCloud for the app, your data remains only on your device.

4. Device permissions
 The app may request access to features such as:

  • Camera / Photos – to let you capture and attach images.
  • Location – to tag visits or show nearby parks.

These permissions are only used to provide app functionality. The resulting data stays on your device and/or in your iCloud account and is not sent to our own servers.

5. Children’s privacy
 Our app is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because we do not receive or store user data on our servers, we have no way to identify or contact individual users.

6. Third-party services
 We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or social-login SDKs that collect your data.

7. Your choices
 You can:

  • Disable iCloud sync for the app in iOS Settings if you prefer to keep everything only on your device.
  • Delete the app to remove locally stored data from your device.
  • Manage or delete data stored in iCloud through your Apple ID settings.
